
Christina Lampey is a British-qualified dietitian licensed to practice in New Zealand. With over 10 years of experience, she brings a strong academic background, including a degree in Food and Human Nutrition, a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics, and a postgraduate certificate in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.
Based in Taupo, Christina serves the Taupo and Hawkes Bay regions as a community dietitian. She works closely with ACC clients, helping them improve their nutrition after trauma and supporting their rehabilitation. Her expertise includes working with people recovering from non-serious injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and other health conditions.
Christina also works at Starship Child Health as a clinical dietitian, specializing in paediatric diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, and MODY) and ketogenic diet therapies for epilepsy. In her private practice, she supports both adults and children, focusing on improving overall health through a holistic approach to food and nutrition.

Outside of work, Christina stays busy with her two young children. When she gets the chance, she enjoys running, mountain biking, rowing, and even trying out the occasional extreme sport. She also loves catching up with friends whenever she can.
